Mofo2
Word out of Canada is that Kevin Bizier is the new IBF mandatory challenger to face IBF welterweight champion Devon Alexander. Golden Boy is hoping to put that fight on the May 18th date in Atlantic City originally scheduled for Alexander’s defense against Kell Brook, before that bout fell through for the third time.Bizier’s promoter Yvon Michel told RDS “We need to assess the overall situation and take a decision accordingly.â€One stumbling block is the availability of Bizier’s trainer Marc Ramsey, who is training Antonin Decarie for his April 27 against Luis Carlos Abregu in Argentina, followed by Jean Pascal for his May 25 Canadian super fight against Lucian Bute in Montreal.
