After losing his WBA interim featherweight title on the scales, unbeaten Javier “El Abejon†Fortuna (22-0, 16 KOs) needed just 68 seconds to annihilate Miguel “Mikol†Zamudio (25-2-1, 13 KOs) on Friday night at the Tropicana Casino & Resort in Atlantic City. Fortuna brutally dropped Zamudio twice. Zamudio was down for several minutes and taken out on a stetcher after being leveled by a left hook.

Jr. middleweight John “Dah Rock†Jackson (16-1, 14 KOs) scored a one-sided eight round unanimous decision over previously unbeaten Cerresso Fort (16-1-1, 11 KOs). Game effort by Fort, but Jackson, the son of former world champion Julian Jackson, prevailed by scores of 79-73, 79-73, 77-75.

In a clash of unbeaten welterweights, Emmanuel Lartei Lartey (15-0-1, 7 KOs) won a six round unanimous decision over Jonathan Batista (13-1, 6 KOs) by scores of 59-55, 59-56, 60-54.

Whats this, there's been a Dominican revolution lately. All of the sudden there's half a dozen good Dominican boxers. Before there were always two or three at best per each decade.

fortuna looks like million bucks KOing some guys but he was mediocre on the marquez pacquiao card

yeah yeah we heard ya a million times with the same line , we all watched the PPV. How many stinkers has Rigondeaux fought and you didn't say shit  like 5 or 6 ?

that kid Zamudio  had no business fighting for the WBA title , boo on ESPN.. Fortuna needs a big step -up in comp before he's ready for Mikey or Rigo or any other top guy at 126

Shit, I can't believe I'm going to say this, but I'd actually root for Rigo to kick this punk's ass.  WTF is he going on about celebrating after beating such a lowly piece of shit?
