GRIM Posted September 27, 2016 Share Posted September 27, 2016 Bout time is all I have to say Respected journalist Dan Rafael of ESPN has broken the news that the two men will meet at the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas after agreeing their contract today. It is expected that Walters will move up a weight class to challenge for Lomachenko’s WBO super-featherweight title that he won back in June via knockout victory over Roman Martinez. This fight had been mooted in the past but for one reason or another never got made. However now boxing fans have gotten their wish in a genuinely world class match up that will pit immense skill sets against one another. Lomachenko is regarded already as one of the finest pound for pound fighters in the sport, despite still only having 7 professional fights to his name (6-1-4KO).
