Back in October, Fury's licence to box was been suspended by the British Boxing Board of Control (BBBofC). The decision came after Fury, who admitted that he took cocaine to deal with depression, vacated his World Boxing Organization (WBO) and World Boxing Association (WBA) titles a few days before the ruling to concentrate on his "medical treatment and recovery." The BBBofC said Fury's licence to box had been suspended pending further investigation into "anti-doping and medical issues".
