Mofo2 Posted July 27, 2017 Share Posted July 27, 2017 PETER FURY, father and trainer of heavyweight contender Hughie Fury, has confirmed that talks with David Haye have taken place about a potential fight between the two. Hughie will challenge WBO champion Joseph Parker in Manchester on September 23, though a recent social media post from Peter suggested that a deal is in place for Hughie – should he win – to fight Haye. While he confirmed they’ve spoken to Haye’s team, Peter declined to reveal any more details about what those discussions entailed. “I’m not going to speak on that, it is confidential.
