His next opponent has a 4-35 record!facepalm Tho he has only been stopped twice. Still, i don't see why Buckland needs this, even for a stay-busy fight. He shoulda at least taken someone with more wins on his record.

I Totally agree mate, he needs to be showing some ambition if he is going to move up a level and fighting shit like this ain't gonna get him anything but shit from boxing fans!

Oh yes. And its a shame, since Buckland DOES have talent. I saw it first when he fought that overrated fool Murray, he was giving it to him until he was just outsized and outmuscled by Murray. It looked like a meeting of a welterweight and a super featherweight. And not to mention that he knocked out Sykes in 1 and Matthews in 2! What great upsets those were.box I got faith in this kid and i hope he can make it big, but to do that he must AVOID fights like this at all cost! He has underrated punching power, underrated since he only has 8 kos in 25 wins but its because he has been fighting above his natural weight a lot.
Yet even when he fought at 140 he managed to score a few kos.tup Id like to see him fight Litzau first, then Broney and Uchiyama.

Its difficult to say what he can achieve but I don't see the punch power being a positive or as negative, I think his main issue is that he becomes too predictable and get
s countered far too easily because of it.

Euro belt at best!

I'm just glad he beat Sykes in the rematch too, i think he showed there he has enough to at least present a challenge to the best sfws today. Not saying he gonna be nr.1 in the world in future but at euro level he can def.
