Back lifts

Hey guys,

I would like to know the main back lifts that yall think are required to work the back. I generally do:

Pullups/chinups

Bent over rows

T-rows

What do ya'll do?

Bent rows and seated rows will hit the major areas of the back especially if you pull the bar/handle to the belly button for range of movement :tup

That is exactly what I do with my bent over rows. I just feel like my chest is growing so much faster than my back. Thanks Grim.
