All the OG's on the site will know how much I loved to watch Ricky Hatton, he was my guy, so I was absolutely gutted to hear this morning about his passing, what a fighter, but more importantly what a respectful, humble man; in later years he had his demons but in the ring he always gave his all - God Bless Ricky, the world will be a much duller place without you!!

Just watched his exhibition fight with Marco Antonio Barrera last week.  He got himself into great shape for that.  they were good friends.

Ricky had followers from both the red and blue sides of Manchester, I never heard any disrespect for him.

The only disrespect I heard was from Eubank Jr at the presser for the Benn II fight when he was talking over Eddie as he was trying to say a few words in his honor. What a wanker Eubank is.
