Mofo2
Guillermo Rigondeaux retained his WBA super bantamweight championship and added the WBO super bantamweight belt, unanimously outpointing Nonito Donaire on Saturday night at Radio City Music Hall.Rigondeaux improved to 12-0, receiving winning scores of 114-113, 115-112 and 116-111 in the unification bout. He failed to knock out his opponent for only the fourth time since turning pro, but overcame being knocked down twice in the opening minute of the 10th round in a performance that had some booing the lack of action. blackrican23
Rigondeaux got donaires respect in the first round and that about summed up the entire fight.... Bring on Mares vs Rigondeaux
blackrican23
damn DLH ripping Donaire for not taking the 3 million to fight Mares lol
Mofo2
Disappointing fight this though lads after all the build up and hype beforehand, Rigo was comfortable throughout this fight!
GRIM
Rigz pu ton a most excellent boxing clinic, Donaire looked like a lost child, almost shades of Mayweather Marquez. I kept hearing Roy Jones's Can't be touched as the fight went on. And seriously Rigz could not be touched by Donaire. He demonstrated great evasiveness and foot work. His hand speed was off the hook, and he easily dispatched Donaire's left hook. As for Donaire he failed in his first real test, I guess it got too easy for him fighting sub par fighters, he does not deserve to be listed in any P4P at all after that basic layman's showing in the ring. He lacked the ability to adjust and attempt a secondary game plan after several rounds of being Rigz whipping boy. It is what it is and his hype is over. WBF OG Neil_ Posted April 14, 2013 WBF OG Share Posted April 14, 2013 rigondeaux would beat the dog shit out of mares, or tame him completely to the point where he fights as timidly as donaire did

Mofo2
I'll think on the avvy and sig bet. Great fight, I was entertained the whole time. Rigo is as advertised, the guy is something special. That fight wasn't Great and it certainly wasn't entertaining Hank!
blackrican23
rigondeaux would beat the dog shit out of mares, or tame him completely to the point where he fights as timidly as donaire did its not unusual for a man to beat a boy in the amateurs , usually doesn't end up the same when they fight pro. Rigondeaux doesn't beat the dog shit outta anyone so lets get off the lean Rigondeaux fought well against a big name opponent who was a perfect style for him , he still has a lot to prove , Lets get him in with a guy who isn't a counter puncher and can hit

WBF OG Neil_ Posted April 15, 2013 WBF OG Share Posted April 15, 2013 Lets try any of these 3 guys , rusell jr, santa Cruz , or Mikey Garcia , mikey garcia is the guy. his height and skill could present problems. and he's with top rank. he's not an aggressive pressure fighter though, he's a patient technician and a fight between him and rigondeaux would be a chess match. russell jr is with haymon/golden boy as is santa cruz. so no point in even considering these guys. for what its worth Id love to see russell jr vs rigondeaux. santa cruz gets destroyed. blackrican23
no point in considering anybody good , because arum knows Rigondeaux has to be matched perfectly to make him any money. nothing sounds more silly than using destroyed to describe a rigondeaux fight or potential fight no C fighters like Teon Kennedy holding straps so don't see no highlight material you say terrazas how about Quigg instead
