  1. When I was into BB'ing may years ago. Did not work was able to hit the gym 2 times per day, ate 6+ solid meals per 24 hours, all the sups, was into bulking up and heavy weight training. I prefer the lean ripped look now of these days No body parts were neglected, not even the legs
