GRIM Posted April 16, 2013 Posted April 16, 2013 Floyd Mayweather Jr., and his opponent Robert "The Ghost" Guerrero, were tested for performance enhancing drugs on April 3rd and both boxers came up negative for prohibited substances, according to Keith Kizer, the Executive Director for the Nevada State Athletic Commission. Additionally, Kizer indicates that both boxers were well below the state required 6-1 testosterone to epitestosterone ratio (T/E). The tests were conducted by the NSAC. Mayweather (43-0, 26KOs) faces Guerrero (31-1-1, 18KOs) on May 4th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Both fighters are taking part in a random drug testing program being run by USADA. Also tested on April 3rd was undefeated super featherweight contender Mickey Bey (18-0, 9KOs), who also came up clean and had a normal T/E ratio. Bey was recently suspended in the aftermath of his knockout victory on February 2 at The Cosmopolitan. Bey's post-fight drug test showed a T/E ratio of 30-1. He was later fined $1,000 of his $8,000 purse and suspend for three months (retroactive from the date of his fight). Quote
Mofo2 Posted April 17, 2013 Posted April 17, 2013 What's the shit called Floyd uses in Vegas that is illegal everywhere else but there Quote
GRIM Posted April 17, 2013 Author Posted April 17, 2013 Mofo peep this Product "A" is banned illegal all over the world except in WBF land, "it is legal in WBF land", So they start testing people all over the world for product "A" but since product "A" is legal in WBF land, the people in WBF land are not tested for product "A" Also Product "A" does not enhance your performance or make you have an advantage over others. Al least he and Guerrero does not have a problem being tested Quote

GRIM Posted April 18, 2013 Author Posted April 18, 2013 universally banned is incorrect it is legal in Vegas. Quote
Mofo2 Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 universally banned is incorrect it is legal in Vegas. deflection....as I expected Quote
blackrican23 Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 last time I heard of PBF taking hand injections was like for Castillo fight , when the hell was that ? he had hand problems after Judah bout , and think it was after Baldoimir he cried his hands and his shoulder and he was gonna quite boxing and his back and his pussy and.... but he showed in one of his early 24-7 shows how he was going to a hand specialist and the treatment which he still does had helped along with getting another hand wrapper I don't think theres anything bitch about but the usual sour grapes Quote
Mofo2 Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 He still uses it rican and it's 2013...must have been one bad hand injury I guess! Quote
blackrican23 Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 I don't think he has shot his hands in years , please give details and don't say the Hatton fight Quote
blackrican23 Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 imagine the damage you would be inflicting upon your hand because your not feeling it ? that seems the bigger risk Quote
blackrican23 Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 if you got brittle hands injecting it wouldn't give you a 17 yr career , Quote
Mofo2 Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 The inference is that Floyd has had brittle hands and uses it as a pain killer and this has been discussed many times and never denied by the Mayweather camp, it doesn't get tested for and it doesn't have to be declared and he will only fight in Vegas which is the only place it is legal to use...you draw the conclusion you want to I guess http://www.examiner.com/article/floyd-mayweather-the-one-using-banned-substances Quote
WBF OG Neil_ Posted April 18, 2013 WBF OG Posted April 18, 2013 how is it an advantage for mayweather jr if it is legal and his opponent can use it as well? Quote
Mofo2 Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 how is it an advantage for mayweather jr if it is legal and his opponent can use it as well? It is used to numb his hands because they are damaged, how can that not he an advantage against an opponent if he can up the power into his punches because he doesn't feel the pain?? Quote
blackrican23 Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 that article is old as hell and used for the Hatton conspiracy redundantly I mean the article is 3 yrs old dating stuff from 3 yrs before that . Quote
blackrican23 Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 well Mayweather has admitted to use , but not anything current or in the last 8 years or longer , you ride around attacking him as if he needs shots for every fight You think he shot his hands for Hatton? Quote
Mofo2 Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 I've not mentioned Hatton, but shots or not, Cortez did him proud in that one! Quote
blackrican23 Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 I am asking you though do you think he shot his hands for Hatton? that was 2007? or 09 Quote
Mofo2 Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 I believe he has had problems with his hands for a large part of his career and has taken this intermittently since Castillo! Quote
