Two-division titleholder Juan Manuel Lopez, undefeated junior middleweights Jermall Charlo and Julian Williams, unbeaten welterweight Errol Spence Jr. and rugged welterweight Josesito Lopez will appear in separate bouts in support of Thursday’s main event between heavyweights Luis Ortiz and Lateef Kayode.

Promoted by Golden Boy Promotions and Mayweather Promotions from The Joint at The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, the “Golden Boy Live!†card will televise six bouts on FOX Sports 1 and FOX Deportes.

The event takes place in advance of Saturday’s 147-pound rematch between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Marcos Maidana at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, site of Mayweather’s majority decision over Maidana in May.

In Thursday’s main event, Kayode (20-0, 16 knockouts), 31, will be after his third straight stoppage victory, having last been in action for a sixth round technical knockout of Jonte Willis in January.

The win over Willis was the second straight for Kayode since June 2012 when Antonio Tarver tested positive for the banned anabolic steroid drostanolone following a draw with Kayode. As a result, the bout was deemed a no-contest.

A former Cuban amateur standout, Ortiz (21-0, 18 KOs), 35, is coming off a fourth round knockout of former title challenger Monte Barrett in April.

The co-main event will be a featherweight clash between Juan Manuel Lopez, 31, of Puerto Rico and Jesus Cuellar, 27, of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Lopez will attempt to rebound from a third round stoppage loss to Francisco Vargas in July that had followed his second round technical knockout of ex-beltholder Daniel Ponce de Leon in March.

Cuellar is 7-0 with four knockouts since being stopped in the seventh round by Oscar Escandon in October 2011 and is coming off a unanimous decision over former titleholder Rico Ramos in May.

Charlo, who will face an opponent to be determined, was last in action for a third round stoppage of Hector Munoz in April. The 24-year-old twin brother of undefeated 154-pounder Jermell Charlo, Jermall was slated to face IBF titleholder Carlos Molina in March before Molina was arrested just four days prior to the bout.

Williams, 24, is being matched against hard-hitting Eliezer Gonzalez, having  scored three consecutive stoppage wins over Orlando Lora, Freddy Hernandez and Michael Medina.

Gonzalez, 27, will be after his seventh consecutive knockout victory.

A 2012 U.S. Olympian, Spence, 24, is coming off a unanimous decision over Ronald Cruz in June and will fight Noe Bolanos, who lost his fifth straight bout by unanimous decision to Erickson Lubin last month.

Coming off a fifth-round stoppage of Aaron Martinez in April,  Josesito Lopez will be in pursuit of his third straight win since suffering consecutive stoppage losses to Saul Alvarez and Marcos Maidana in the fifth and sixth rounds in September 2012 and June 2013, respectively.

For other bouts, cruiserweight Jordan Shimmell is being matched against Joell Godfrey and junior middleweight Prichard Colon and welterweight Bryant Perrella will meet opponents to be determined.

Unfortunately, I think Juanma is again getting whooped. It's not sure but there are good chances he will. He's just not been himself lately and that ko win over Ponce was just a matter of catching the overeager Ponce with a bomb. He was stopped in 3 rounds by an unknown, Francisco Vargas, in his last fight. :facepalm
