blackrican23
Middleweight David Lemieux (34-2 31KO) was dominant, scoring four explosive knockdowns on his way to capturing the vacant IBF world championship 115-109, 115-109, 114-110 over a gutsy and resilient Hassan N’Dam (31-2 18KO) of France on Saturday night at the Bell Center in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Lemieux scored knockdowns in the second, twice in the 5th, and once more in the 7th. Each knockdown, all more spectacular than the one before, looked like it would be the final in the coffin of N’Dam, but the fighter who was down five times versus Peter Quillin proved nothing could keep him down. Lemieux was strong throughout and by the 9th round looked in full control as his opponent had stopped pressing the action when the local fighter down shifted for a momentary respite. The bout was only the fourth time knockout artist Lemieux has gone to the scorecards. http://www.fightnews.com/Boxing/lemieux-defeats-ndam-to-win-ibf-middleweight-title-2-295469
Members Slayer
Lemieux should get the GGG fight now. Nobody else has produced such a victory of the other mw candidates...lately.
