Carl Froch may be able to bank on home advantage when he squares off against Mikkel Kessler at the O2 Arena later this month, but all the officials will be from neutral regions.m'The Cobra' will attempt to unify the world super-middleweight division when he faces the Dane, who he lost to by unanimous decision when the pair met in 2010.

And both promoters, Eddie Hearn and Kalle Sauerland, have agreed that none of the three judges at ringside will be from either fighter's home country. The bout, to be held in London on the same night as the Champions League final, sold out in an instant with British fight fans eager to see Froch gain revenge for his defeat in Herning three years ago. Former pro boxer Pete Podgorski from Chicago is expected to be the referee.
