Mofo2
Scott Quigg is being considered for a clash with Yoandris Salinas for the vacant WBA super-bantamweight title. The 24-year-old from Bury won the interim belt with a sixth round stoppage of Rendall Munroe last November, but has not fought since. The full title was vacated after Guillermo Rigondeaux’s victory against Nonito Donaire last month and the WBA are ready to let the top two contenders – Quigg and Salinas – go head-to-head.
